We ensure that appropriate and legislated training is provided to all team members before they ever step onto a job site, and we are dedicated to identifying, correcting, and preventing health and safety hazards that could adversely affect our employees, customers, or the general public.
Bronte Construction is proud to be one of only 200+ firms in all of Canada to receive the nationally-recognized Certificate of Recognition (COR™) from the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) in recognition of our outstanding health and safety practices.
This occupational health and safety accreditation program verifies that we have fully-implemented a health and safety program which meets national standards. It is an acknowledgement from the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations demonstrating our commitment to health and safety excellence.
In addition, the Certificate of Recognition (COR™) allows Bronte Construction to meet prequalification requirements for many contractors working across Ontario on public and private sector projects.

It is our goal to provide a safe work environment for all workers at every level, while continually providing workplace awareness, for the prevention of occupational injuries and illness. We recognize and are committed to the right of workers to work in a safe, healthy work environment.
Bronte Construction engages in consultation with workers and, as part of this process, as developed specific health and safety training objectives for all employees with a focus on monitoring the workplace for compliance for legislative requirements and to achieve best operating practices at all times.
