Co-ops & Internships

At Bronte Construction, we are dedicated to cultivating the next generation of construction talent through our robust co-op and internship programs. Available in both office and field settings, these opportunities kick off at school career fairs each fall and winter, providing hands-on experience and a deep dive into the construction industry.

These positions offer a unique opportunity to integrate into the core of our operations, where you can significantly contribute and grow professionally in a supportive, ‘people first’ culture.

Estimating Coordinator: Drive the procurement and closing of project opportunities that fall within our respective disciplines of construction.

Field Coordinator: Support daily site operations and project workflow under the guidance of our Site Superintendent, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Health & Safety Coordinator: Engage in comprehensive Health and Safety efforts from project start to finish, conducting audits, facilitating training, and more, under expert mentorship.
